About me – Pedigree Cats

Our smallholding in Pembrokeshire West Wales where we breed Pedigree Chinchilla Persians and Ragdoll Cats
One of our fields for hay

My name is Liza Roberts and I have been breeding pedigree cats, rabbits and other animals for a fair few years now in sunny Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

I live with my husband and 2 children on our amazing smallholding which includes other animals like goats and pigs. We are very lucky with the land as we can produce each year our own hay for all our animals.

We moved to our smallholding in Wales and my dream of being a GCCF registered pedigree breeder for Ragdolls.

I am dual registered with the GCCF and TICA, With the GCCF I am registered as a scheme breeder.

The Pedigree Cats

My fascination with cats started at a very young age when I got two farm cats for my 5th birthday. Since that time I have never been without a cat in my life. We got Amber 12 years ago, who is half Persian/half Ragdoll. With Amber I realized what an amazing cat she is and wanted to breed pedigree cats. I started with Ragdolls first and then extended to include Chinchilla Persians. I am now only breeding Ragdoll cats.

I want to breed pedigree GCCF registered kittens and do it the right way. All my queens (female cats) are in my house, find out more about my GCCF registration. The Persian girls sleep in my youngest son’s room every night as they get on amazingly. As well as his room, I am very lucky to have a cat room next door to my lounge so the cats and their kittens are always around us.

I am a member of the PRBCC (Progressive Ragdoll Breed Cat Club) and the TRBCC (The British Ragdoll Cat Club) for Ragdolls.

Please be aware that many “back-yard breeders” sell kittens under age, un-registered, uninoculated, from un-tested parents and with incorrect paperwork – please see the advice from GCCF about buying a pedigree kitten.
